Surgery of TCM encompasses multiple disciplines such as dermatology, breast surgery, oncology, dermatology, anorectal surgery, urology and andrology, peripheral vascular surgery, and trauma surgery. It is highly specialized and one of the most challenging subjects for beginners. To help readers better understand and master the textbook, we have written this book. The book is divided into two parts: the upper part for teaching assistance and the lower part for examination assistance. The teaching assistance part is based on the objectives and requirements of the teaching syllabus. It first provides an outline of the content of each chapter, then explains the questions raised in the outline, and finally summarizes the key and difficult points of the chapter. The purpose is to help readers gain a comprehensive understanding and master the key points. The teaching assistance part emphasizes scientific rigor and modernity, revising, supplementing, and adding new basic knowledge and skills while respecting the original textbook to improve the knowledge structure. It also emphasizes practicality, reprocessing the textbook content, capturing its essence, analyzing, summarizing, and comparing it to provide a clear and concise outline, enabling readers to accurately understand and grasp the core content of the textbook;
