From the perspective of urban management and government work construction, based on relevant national laws, regulations, and Beijing municipal policies, it provides a comprehensive analysis and elaboration on the hierarchical division of current administrative divisions, their strategic importance, management authorities and principles, basic characteristics, approval procedures and authorities for changes, etc. This helps readers gain a general understanding of administrative divisions and related government management mechanisms.
Part 2, Historical Evolution of Administrative Divisions. The evolution of administrative divisions can be said to be the history of the formation, development, and governance of a country or region.
Part 3, Policies and Regulations. Administrative divisions are a complex systematic management project with a wide scope and significant impact. As an important means of national governance, their operational process requires the guarantee of laws and regulations. Part 4, Current Status of Administrative Divisions. Since 1994, Beijing has not published an official compilation of administrative division information.
