Through history, it reflects the century-old vicissitudes of Laolongkou's growth. According to the authors, Zou Changshun, the president of Laolongkou Group, introducing the corporate culture through a novel is unprecedented in the country. Through this work, the deeper exploration of liquor culture is achieved, expanding and strengthening "Laolongkou" to better advance the company's development. Zhang Zuolun, who once served as the Military Governor of Northeast Three Provinces and Chief of the Security Command, and Zhang Xueliang during his youth, both regarded Laolongkou liquor as the soul of the nation, strongly supporting and protecting its development. During the War of Resistance Against Japan, the fate of Laolongkou changed. The Japanese invaders severely damaged Laolongkou, forcibly occupying its courtyards and demolishing its houses to build a military factory on the spot. Meng Xianyu, the owner of the liquor workshop, stood up to the tyranny, using the spirit of the nation's liquor to fiercely resist the invaders. His patriotic heart forged his upright and unyielding character, truly embodying the courage and integrity of the Chinese people. The work takes the liquor culture of the Republic of China era as its main thread, combining it with the food and humanities of Shenyang and history for a detailed description. The writing style is delicate, the plot is full of twists and turns, making it deeply felt and naturally flowing when reading.
