The subjects are primarily positive, with a few exceptions of highly influential negative figures.
In terms of content, this series provides a relatively complete account of the subjects' lives, starting from their birth and ending with their death. Unlike some biographical works that only record a few anecdotes of celebrities, the "Major Figures in the World Series" presents the extraordinary life experiences of the subjects in a comprehensive, three-dimensional, and colorful manner. Compared to bulky biographical works that often run into hundreds of thousands of words, each volume of this series is only about 120,000 words, with a modest price, and the language is simple and easy to read, with vivid plots, making it suitable for young readers and those with general cultural levels. Readers can quickly gain an understanding of the main life events and contributions of the subjects without spending too much time, and draw rich nourishment from them. In the evaluation of the subjects, the "Major Figures in the World Series" remains faithful to the true nature of history. It objectively introduces the achievements and contributions of the subjects and does not conceal their shortcomings, providing a fair assessment. This allows readers not only to learn about the life stories of the subjects but also to learn to observe with the perspective of historical materialism. In today's increasingly competitive book market, the editors of the "Major Figures in the World Series" have not compromised on quality for economic benefits. Many manuscripts have been revised multiple times before being presented to readers. As a result, this series stands out among biographical works as a unique and high-quality work.
