Last year, we published "Innovation and Strengthening the Foundation—Guidance and Answering Questions on Grassroots Party Building Innovation in Beijing," which was widely welcomed by grassroots cadres and Party members. This year, the Municipal Committee held an experience-sharing meeting on grassroots Party building across the city, making new arrangements and plans to promote grassroots innovation. To help grassroots Party organizations and cadres fully understand the spirit of this meeting, gradually establish a theoretical support system for grassroots Party building, and persistently advance the deepening of grassroots Party building innovation, we have compiled relevant speeches, reports, and practical experiences of grassroots Party building innovation in Beijing in recent years. Organized into five parts—Leaders' Speeches, Expert Forums, Typical Experiences, Typical Cases of Grassroots Party Organizations Serving the Public, and Exemplary Projects for Grassroots Party Organizations Serving the Public—we have written "Innovation and Strengthening the Foundation (II)—Exploring Grassroots Party Building Innovation in Beijing," as a sequel to "Innovation and Strengthening the Foundation—Guidance and Answering Questions on Grassroots Party Building Innovation in Beijing." During the writing process of this book, we received strong support from various departments of the Municipal Committee and relevant district (county) committees, as well as from many grassroots Party workers. The book introduces the challenges and tests faced by grassroots Party organizations, outlines the principles and requirements for standardizing the work procedures of grassroots Party organizations and other organizations, discusses the challenges in strengthening community Party building, and explains how to strengthen and improve the self-construction of Party organizations in enterprises.
