Features: When conducting research in rural areas, we often encounter the following question: "How can inexpensive agricultural products be value-added?" Indeed, this is a thought-provoking issue and one that farmers urgently need to address. Currently, some farmers have identified this path, but due to challenges such as raw materials, technology, and market access, large-scale development has not yet been realized. To alleviate the burdens and concerns of, we are proud to introduce the "Agricultural Product Value-Added Series." This series focuses on new technologies and achievements, with the goal of product value-added and farmer income growth. It presents short, flat, and fast value-added processing projects in an easy-to-understand manner. For better readability, the series is divided into four sub-series, each introducing 200 practical techniques. We sincerely hope that farmers can rely on these techniques, using their own hands and wisdom, to transform inexpensive agricultural products into treasures and turn discarded agricultural by-products into gold.
