In 1993, Jiangsu Literature and Art Publishing House published "A Biography of Xiao Qian" based on this new version. This collection includes the work based on the new version, but the title remains "Roaming the World." "Historical Reflections" includes articles where the author describes and reflects on the Cultural Revolution phenomenon, as well as dialogues with Wang Meng and Chen Jiangong on the topic.
