Features: When conducting research in rural areas, we often encounter the question: "How can we increase the value of cheap agricultural products?" Indeed, this is a thought-provoking issue and one that farmers urgently need to address. Currently, some farmers have identified this path, but due to issues such as raw materials, technology, and market access, large-scale development has not yet been realized. To alleviate the burdens and concerns of, we are specially launching the "Agricultural Product Value-Added Series." For easier reading, the series is divided into four sub-series, each introducing 200 practical techniques. We sincerely hope that farmers can rely on these techniques, using their own hands and wisdom, to transform inexpensive agricultural products into treasures and turn abandoned agricultural by-products into gold.
