Features: After entering the new century, the development of education in our country has also entered a new period. The 1999 National Education Conference and the Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Deepening Education Reform and Comprehensively Promoting Quality Education pushed China's education reform and development to a new climax. The Basic Education Project and the Teacher Education Project in the "21st Century Education Revitalization Plan" approved by the State Council and issued by the Ministry of Education have been launched. To engage in further education and training, there must be teaching materials, and the "Newly Compiled Series of Continuing Education for Primary and Secondary School Teachers" was introduced under this background.
