Features: The new Yang City Committee is entering the countdown to its leadership transition. Centered around the transfer of power, officials engage in fierce competition. Mayor Liu Wangmingzhi, in his pursuit of the Party Secretary position, resorts to power-for-power deals, power-for-money exchanges, and power-for-sex trades. He exhausts every effort, playing political games, using three beautiful women to engage in diplomatic lobbying to secure votes; or relying on his finance minister to provide a steady stream of "silver bullets"; or indulging in his lust, where his depraved desires and splash forth as he descends into a typical "power demon" and "official madness." Just as he sinks into the epitome of a "power demon" and "official madness," the representative of justice, Party Secretary Li Shusheng, cannot tolerate the vile actions of the like of Liu Wangmingzhi. With a strong sense of justice, he strikes back with full force, and the small city of Xinyang is thus shaken by a powerful wave of political and power struggles.
