Features: As a woman, almost everyone has asked themselves the same question: What do women truly want? There are many possible answers—comfortable lives, successful careers, happy families, or beauty, intelligence, and elegance. Yet none of these answers fully satisfy us. Is life simply enough as it is? Or is there something truly important that we have missed? Indeed, for women, what truly matters is spiritual fulfillment, what truly matters is physical and mental happiness. The ability to achieve these ideals is what we truly need. In fact, regarding this question, the ancient Greek sages long ago provided a wise answer: What women truly want is to master their own destiny. And in the process of mastering their destiny, the only challenge we face is—choice. Shakespeare said, "We know what we are now, but not what we may be." Life has countless paths, and beneath every choice lies an unpredictable future. Choose wisely, and the future will be bright, smooth, and prosperous; choose unwisely, and the future may be shrouded in shadows, even bringing us profound pain. Therefore, for women, the key to mastering their destiny lies in possessing the wisdom to make life choices. This book is about the life choice wisdom of 17 famous Chinese female broadcasters. Unyielding, unrelenting, unfrivolous, unluxurious, unhidden, unretreating—constantly making choices in the direction of their dreams. This is the choice wisdom of the new woman—doing what she should do, without regret or remorse, only the transformation of a butterfly emerging from a cocoon after enduring hardship.
