When explaining the constitutional provisions, it first summarizes the meaning of each provision in concise terms, and some also introduce the original intent behind establishing the provision during the constitutional or amendment process, as well as the main opinions discussed during the drafting or amendment of the Constitution.
4. An important feature of this book is not only to explain the constitutional provisions but also to explain the key phrases within them. Key terms requiring explanation are marked with footnotes and explained in the following text.
5. When explaining the important key phrases of the constitutional provisions, it strives to clarify them based on the legislative intent. It also introduces as much as possible why the Constitution was drafted or amended in that way at the time, as well as the main viewpoints discussed. In the explanation of the provisions, whether or not there is a legislative intent explanation, the theoretical significance must be elaborated.
6. To avoid repetition, identical or similar clauses and phrases that have already been explained earlier are not explained again later.
