Features: The book is divided into 29 chapters, primarily based on China's administrative legal practice and the theories of administrative law both domestically and internationally. It follows the conventional teaching system of administrative law while incorporating our research findings and insights. It emphasizes cultivating students' understanding of fundamental theories and basic knowledge of administrative law suitable for China's context, as well as providing legal thinking methods for the cultivation of high-level, interdisciplinary legal talents. Therefore, this book is both a product of scientific research and a crystallization of teaching research; it is both a "Project 211" initiative of the university and a key textbook. Its distinctive feature lies in blending research and teaching, making it suitable for teaching use or reference at all levels. We sincerely hope that both instructors and students using this textbook can view the process of using it as an opportunity to transform teaching philosophies and concepts, as well as an opportunity for teaching reform. It is particularly important to strengthen the connection between theory and practice, increase the amount of information in classroom teaching, enhance the heuristic nature of classroom teaching, and incorporate more discussion-based approaches. To this end, we have also compiled China's Administrative Law in the 21st Century to broaden the scope of administrative law knowledge and deepen the understanding of its fundamental theories, serving as a valuable supplementary reference. During the writing process, the authors consulted the opinions of students (primarily graduate students), and the final manuscript was compiled and edited by the chief editor. The initial printing of the textbook was supported by the help of Teacher He Zixin.
