Features: This book is a true monograph following my previous work, "Interpretation of Basic Principles of Civil Law—Overcoming the Limitations of Statutory Law." I am proud that after 16 years, I was able to undertake such an extensive research project without merely compiling a collection of my papers. The difficulty of writing a long novel is different from compiling a short story collection. This monograph expands on the philosophical issues of human nature that I explored in my own monograph. I am also proud to have maintained academic interest in a single topic for 16 years. Good research is always the crystallization of sustained thinking. It is the book with the most extensive references, with printed database articles spanning several feet high. It is also the book that took me the longest time to develop from my initial articles to its full form. The book is divided into six chapters, primarily introducing topics such as the transition from class to human nature, from citizens to citizens, from economic persons to real people, and from economic persons to the Good Samaritan.
