Features: This series of supplementary teaching materials is based on the "National College Law Core Curriculum Textbooks," including Jurisprudence, Chinese Legal History, Constitution, Administrative Law and Administrative Litigation Law, Civil Law, Commercial Law, Intellectual Property Law, Economic Law, Civil Procedure Law, Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure Law, International Law, Private International Law, and International Economic Law, totaling 14 volumes. Each knowledge point in law is a pearl, and the "Knowledge Structure Chart" is the thread that connects these pearls. This chart strives to present a complete and clear hierarchical structure of knowledge points. Our "Key Explanations" section, paired with the "Knowledge Structure Chart," forms a complete knowledge system. The "Companion Tests" are carefully selected high-quality exercises, accounting for more than two-thirds of the entire book. The question types include: multiple-choice questions, multiple-choice questions, term definitions, short-answer questions, essay questions, and case analysis questions. These exercises can assess all knowledge points of the subject, adopting the common views of the "College Law Core Curriculum Textbooks." We have provided detailed "Answer Key and Analysis" for both multiple-choice questions and multiple-choice questions. Theoretical and knowledge-intensive, they are suitable for undergraduate course exams and postgraduate entrance exams. The trend revealed in the 2006 Judicial Examination syllabus clearly indicates an increased emphasis on the fundamental concepts and basic knowledge of legal subjects, with a growing theoretical focus. Therefore, we can expect that the questions and knowledge points in this series will also benefit candidates preparing for the Judicial Examination. The appendix of this series includes postgraduate entrance examination questions from renowned law schools such as Peking University, Renmin University, China University of Political Science and Law, Tsinghua University, Southwest University of Political Science and Law, China University of Political Science and Law, Wuhan University, Jilin University, Shandong University, Xiamen University, and Northwest University of Political Science and Law from 2002 to 2006. For all readers, especially those preparing for postgraduate entrance exams, this is undoubtedly an unexpected surprise. Our "Legal Culture" is located in the heart of Chinese legal research—the Tsinghua campus. Our academic advisors and authors come from these renowned Chinese law schools nearby, and some are nationally renowned legal scholars. Initially, we considered listing all the authors who have contributed to this series to express our respect. However, we ultimately decided to use "Legal Culture" to take responsibility for the quality of this series. We are confident in facing the praise or criticism from our readers regarding this "Companion Teaching Materials Series."
