Features: In the teaching of law at higher education institutions, in addition to textbooks, what auxiliary materials are needed? What kind of auxiliary materials can best meet teaching needs? To address these questions, we conducted extensive surveys among college teachers and students in law schools and legal departments of universities. Through the survey, it was found that the auxiliary materials needed in teaching are essentially three types: cases, regulations, and examination questions. However, current teaching aids are either specialized in cases, regulations, or examination questions. As a result, in a single course, it may be necessary to use several teaching aids to meet the requirements, increasing the burden on students. Based on the above survey, to better meet the needs of legal education, in accordance with the "Basic Requirements for Core Course Teaching in Law at Higher Education Institutions" formulated by the Ministry of Education, we organized some teachers and doctoral students from universities such as Peking University, Renmin University of China, China University of Political Science and Law, University of International Business and Economics, People's Public Security University of China, and Xiangtan University to compile this series of books.
