Features: The new round of educational reform, curriculum reform, and examination reform has led to significant changes in China's college admission system, especially in the reform of examination content, which has further emphasized the assessment of candidates' innovative abilities, practical skills, and comprehensive qualities. How to scientifically and effectively explore the patterns of the new college entrance examination (Gaokao) to achieve the best educational output with the least input, and to secure outstanding Gaokao results to enter top-tier universities, is not only the dream of countless students but also the constant pursuit of educators nationwide. This series of books was meticulously crafted by the entire teaching staff of Qidong High School, who have created the "Qidong Educational Miracle," comprehensively summarizing the intellectual achievements of the junior and senior high school teachers in teaching and review guidance at Qidong High School in recent years, particularly since the "3+X" Gaokao reform and the new curriculum reform. It effectively addresses how to scientifically and effectively improve students' knowledge levels and learning abilities under the new curriculum and Gaokao, and how to promote the broader dissemination and utilization of Qidong High School's high-quality educational resources, enabling teachers and students from other schools nationwide to share in the "authentic practice" of Qidong High School.
During the actual writing process, the junior and senior high school teaching and review schedules were followed, with the junior high school examination divided into 2 rounds and the Gaokao into 3 rounds. The Junior High School Authentic Practice includes 6 subjects: Chinese, Mathematics, English, Physics, Chemistry, and Politics in each round. The Gaokao Authentic Practice includes 9 subjects in each round: Chinese, Mathematics, English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Politics, History, and Geography, with an additional "Comprehensive for Humanities" and "Comprehensive for Science" in the third round. Each round's subject books are divided into two parts: A and B. Part A serves as a guide for teachers and students to interpret key points, featuring main sections such as "Exam Outline Navigation, Key Point Analysis, Exam Question Analysis, Misunderstanding Perspective, and Gaokao Prediction." Part B is a "Synchronous Strengthening Training" book designed to complement Part A. In essence, this series is an invaluable practical guide for junior and senior high school exam preparation.
This edition has undergone careful revision, incorporating the outstanding achievements of educational, curriculum, and examination reforms from across the country in the past year. The revised second edition of each sub-series reflects the collective wisdom of dozens of experienced junior and senior high school teachers at Qidong High School. With a focus on cultivating students' innovative and practical abilities, the team has meticulously compiled, selected, and analyzed a vast number of questions, refined through collective lesson planning, continuous refinement, and thorough integration. The result is a blend of originality and classic content, ensuring that each volume fully meets the requirements of the new junior and senior high school exams. Specifically:
- The first round is the "Foundation" phase, written chapter by chapter or unit by unit, with a focus on interpreting key points from the new Junior High School Exam Outline, supplemented by extensive exam question analysis.
- The second round is the "Ability" phase, featuring thematic lectures and strengthening training, primarily aimed at cultivating and enhancing interdisciplinary comprehensive and applied abilities, as well as innovative skills, with additional cross-disciplinary thematic lectures and training.
- The third round is the "Final Sprint" phase, designed for students preparing for simulation exams in April and May. Each sub-series includes 15 carefully crafted junior and senior high school mock exam papers, scientifically structured to align with the "Exam Outline, Key Points, and Exam Questions" of the junior and senior high school exams, providing an authentic zero-distance contact with the 2006 junior and senior high school exams.
"Through countless efforts, though arduous, the relentless pursuit finally yields the golden treasure." The junior and senior high school exam questions selected in this series, as well as the predictions for these exams, are scientifically and standardized questions extracted from a vast pool of thousands. Combined with the latest original questions created by Qidong High School teachers, they possess exceptional value, ensuring authority, guidance, and relevance. The goal is to help students accurately grasp problem-solving patterns, improve their review efficiency, and enhance their exam-taking skills.
