Features: This book conducts specialized research and exploration on the economic crimes of small and medium-sized enterprises from macro and micro, theory and practice, legislation to adjudication, and other levels. Economic crimes are generally divided into broad and narrow definitions. The academic community generally considers that narrow economic crimes refer to the "crimes against the socialist market economy order" stipulated in Chapter 3 of the Criminal Code of the People's Republic of China; while broad economic crimes refer to all economic and property crimes. We study the economic crimes of small and medium-sized enterprises from a broader perspective. Economic crimes of small and medium-sized enterprises refer to acts committed by small and medium-sized enterprises to seek economic benefits or avoid economic losses that violate the Criminal Law and should be punished by criminal penalties. The book is divided into two parts. The first part discusses general theoretical and practical issues of small and medium-sized enterprise economic crimes, including the definition of small and medium-sized enterprises, the characteristics of crimes, crime types, crime causes, and countermeasures. The second part systematically explores and studies the judicial determination of various crimes that small and medium-sized enterprises may be suspected of from a practical perspective.
