Features: "Arbitration Law" is an important elective course for undergraduate students of China University of Political Science and Law, designed to cultivate students' comprehensive mastery of fundamental legal knowledge and the correct application of arbitration methods to resolve various civil and commercial disputes. For a long time, as one of the specialized courses in legal education, "Arbitration Law" has not had a formally published textbook, which has been highly unfavorable for the teaching and learning of full-time undergraduate students. To improve teaching quality and meet the need for students to systematically and accurately grasp and understand the basic principles and knowledge of arbitration law, we have compiled this textbook of "Arbitration Law." The publication of the "Arbitration Law" textbook underwent detailed planning, discussion, writing, and compilation processes, and it also involved professors from other universities with rich experience in arbitration theory, practice, and teaching. Additionally, the "Arbitration Law" textbook is guided by Marxism, Mao Zedong Thought, and Deng Xiaoping Theory, based on China's arbitration legislation, and tailored to the characteristics of undergraduate teaching. It systematically and accurately elaborates on the basic theories and systems of the arbitration law discipline, striving to achieve a unified combination of knowledge, scientificity, and systematicity in the teaching content.
