Features: The author wrote this book with the aim of following the historical trend, taking the promotion of traditional culture and the dissemination of moral spirit as their mission. They hope that children and adolescents can start to savor traditional culture during their peak memory period, gradually digesting it over time and integrating it into their own thoughts and spiritual essence. This approach achieves the purpose of cultivating cultural appreciation, enhancing intellectual abilities, and refining character in children and adolescents. In this series, "Introduction to Children's National Culture and Classics," we have selected 20 ancient classics from China. These texts are simple and accessible, accompanied by annotations, translations, and vivid cartoon illustrations to help children grasp their meaning and spirit. During the writing process, we approached the selection of materials with great care, emphasizing the precision of annotations and striving for the accuracy of our interpretations. The learning potential and absorption capacity of children and adolescents are beyond imagination. We advocate for parents and teachers to provide guidance and focus on cultivating children's self-learning abilities. Learning methods should be simple and practical—ideally starting with recitation, followed by familiarization, then memorization, and finally reflection. We encourage parents and teachers to recite with their children, leading them while also further enriching themselves with moral and cultural.
