Features: In 1950, a group of remaining Kuomintang bandits led by Li Hanguang and his wife Li Yuegui fled to the Shanshan Mountains area in Guangxi. Local hidden Kuomintang agents colluded with the bandits, engaging in burning, killing, looting, and harassing the people, while disrupting the land reform. To eliminate the bandits and hidden agents in one sweep, Captain Zeng Tai lost contact with his unit. The army sent scout Geng Hao to infiltrate the bandit stronghold. Bravely risking his life, Geng Hao protected Zeng Tai, overcame various difficulties, and skillfully maneuvered against the enemy, gaining their trust and gradually uncovering the situation of the bandits and hidden agents. With the strong assistance of the local people, Zeng Tai lured the enemy into gathering and leaving the mountains, and the People's Liberation Army swiftly annihilated the bandits.
