Since its inception, The Legal Small Collection has garnered widespread attention from readers for its exceptional quality. To keep the content up-to-date and aligned with national legislative progress, after nearly six months of meticulous preparation, we have revised and reissued the book based on the previous two editions. Building on the second edition, the new version incorporates the feedback and suggestions of numerous readers, undergoing detailed and in-depth arrangement and refinement to better serve all readers concerned with the collection. The revision work specifically the following aspects:
1. More Comprehensive Content: This revision adds all laws promulgated from November 2002 to June 2004, important administrative regulations, departmental rules, and judicial interpretations totaling 118 pieces, while removing all explicitly repealed legal regulations and normative documents. Based on reader feedback, the scope of judicial interpretations has been expanded, with 63 new judicial interpretations added, making the content more substantial and complete.
2. Improved Editing Format: This revision makes significant improvements to the traditional book format, highlighting key information and ensuring comprehensive and standardized annotations, enhancing its utility as a reference tool.
3. Enhanced Technical Quality: All existing provision summaries and cross-references have been meticulously revised, and summaries for newly added laws along with relevant cross-references for related regulations have been supplemented, ensuring the revised content remains precise and practical.
4.
