Features: Research on legal issues related to technical trade measures has become a focus of study in various countries, but the extent and effectiveness vary greatly. Compared to the relatively mature research results and trade practices of developed countries (regions) represented by the US and Europe, the situation in developing countries, including China, is comparatively weaker. Although there are numerous publications on technical trade measures, most are conducted from an economic perspective, with relatively fewer studies from a legal standpoint. Even within legal research, in-depth theoretical analysis and studies addressing practical needs are limited.
