Features: In the process of writing this textbook, we have particularly highlighted the following characteristics: , in line with the goal of cultivating applied talents in higher vocational and technical education, we have arranged the content system based on the principle of clarifying theory and emphasizing application. Second, we consulted and understood the common needs of both graduated and current students, adhering to students' cognitive patterns, and arranged the content in the order of Resource Management Introduction, Human Resource Planning, Job Analysis, Recruitment and Mobility Management, Employee Training and Development, Employee Performance Evaluation, Employee Incentive Mechanisms, and Labor Relations Handling, highlighting logical coherence. Third, the combination of theoretical explanations and case analyses, we have included sections such as "Small Notes," "Friendly Reminder," and "Small Tips" to highlight key points, enhancing both (interest and practicality). Fourth, in terms of content, we pay attention to absorbing new achievements from related disciplines, emphasizing novelty. In line with practical needs, we have arranged eight chapters of relevant content. Each chapter summarizes the teaching highlights, basic knowledge points, and knowledge structure diagrams of the chapter, enabling students to grasp the scope of their knowledge in the shortest time possible. Through case studies, experimental training, and reinforced review questions, we timely assess the mastery of relevant content, improving students' professional skills, which are essential components of school education. The content of this book covers the basic concepts of human resource management, common work methods, job analysis methods, the writing and application of job descriptions, the management methods of recruitment and mobility, employee development and performance evaluation, and more.
