Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a relatively comprehensive survey and analysis of China's cultural market and cultural industry, and explore corresponding cultural industry policies on this basis. This research project is based on a thorough investigation and analysis of the history and current status of China's cultural cause and cultural industry, with an exploration of cultural industry theory. It provides a comprehensive and detailed analysis of China's current cultural system, cultural management system, and cultural legal system. It also offers an in-depth and meticulous elaboration on the relevant rules of the World Trade Organization regarding cultural trade, as well as the commitments China made upon joining the World Trade Organization, and analyzes the international trends in cultural industry development. On the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the international and domestic background of cultural industry development, it proposes some ideas for developing China's cultural industry, as well as the cultural industry policies that should be adopted under the guidance of these ideas, and puts forward a vision for establishing and improving China's cultural legal system. This research project not only studies the development of China's cultural industry, its policies, and legislation, but also helps to understand the process of China's cultural industry development and the relevant legal and policy situations.
