Features: Color matching is a seemingly simple yet profound subject. Artists may encounter situations like this: Initially, they feel very confident, and the artwork is developing in a positive direction. At some point during the process, the results are excellent, and they believe a great piece is about to be created. However, after finishing, the final outcome often falls short of expectations, sometimes even disappointing. Similarly, art designers have surely had such experiences: Sometimes their designs feature harmonious and aesthetically pleasing color combinations, while at other times, no matter how they design, they cannot achieve satisfactory results. These issues are likely caused by a lack of complete mastery of the principles and techniques of color matching. Once, after graduating from university and completing a course in color composition, I thought I had learned many color-matching tricks and could confidently tackle any design task with simple applications. However, reality turned out to be different. It is often observed that many people, even after graduation, are still confused about the actual rules of color matching. This indicates that our learning has not been solid enough, and we need to be trained through practical experience.
