The domestic law section adopts the dualistic structure of pollution control law and ecological protection law, with the theoretical framework designed to emphasize the overarching relationship between the General Principles and the Specific Issues, the integration of pollution control and ecological protection, the hierarchical relationship in protecting various ecological domains, and the connection between domestic and international law. In terms of content, the book aims to draw on the strengths of various sources and reflect the latest achievements in environmental jurisprudence both domestically and internationally.
