Features: The unique flexibility and timeliness of journals have enabled their rapid development, with their total circulation and total readership accounting for 75% of the total book volume respectively. Journal management has become one of the main tasks in modern library management. To fully utilize the utility of ethnic journals and reduce readers' efforts in searching through the sea of books, I changed the passive management model. I compiled journals that publish more than four ethnological articles per issue in domestic journals, naming them ethnic journals. I provided a brief overview of their classification and development status, and also established an ethnic journal title database, which is available for readers to search on the internal network of the Chinese Ethnic Library. The catalog of this book from 2001-2003 was formed based on this, to facilitate college students and professionals in ethnology and related disciplines to find and read. This is also an exploration I have made in the field of journal management and service.
