Pan Yuliang was one of China's earliest renowned female painters who studied in France. She made two long journeys across the ocean and engaged in artistic activities in Paris for over 50 years. In her lifetime, she was first a courtesan and later a concubine. Despite her difficult life, her relentless pursuit of art never faded. After studying abroad twice, she became a legendary female painter. Her life began with misfortune, but she was fortunate enough to meet a good man, yet still faced the fate of solitude. Her oil paintings blend Eastern and Western styles, with colors and lines intertwined, brushwork that is elegant and unrestrained, vibrant energy, rich and luxurious hues, and a unique charm. Throughout her life, she left behind over 2,000 artworks and countless moving and unforgettable stories. (Original: Shi Nan; Narrated by: Mou Yun; Director: 13 hours 28 minutes)
