Publish Date: 2004-08-01
Features: This book is a collection of papers presented at the Fourth Academic Symposium of the Economic Strategy Committee of the China Development Strategy Research Association, held in December 2003. This book has the following characteristics: (1) The themes discussed in this book are diverse, covering both macroeconomic strategy issues, regional economic strategy issues, industrial economic strategy issues, and corporate economic strategy issues, among others. (2) The content elaborated in this book focuses on hot and cutting-edge issues in practical strategic decision-making, but it is not based on academic-style logical deduction or a blind adoption of overseas "high theories." (3) The authors of this book are mostly teaching and research personnel from scientific research institutions and universities. Some are seasoned scholars with white hair, while others are young scholars pursuing doctoral degrees. Therefore, the writing styles of the articles in this book cannot be standardized. Additionally, although the book covers a wide range of topics, it touches less on information economy issues and social security issues that have garnered significant public attention.
