Features: According to the "Regulations on Inspectors-General of the State Council," the primary function of inspectors-general is to safeguard the state's interests as the owner of state-owned assets and prevent the loss of state-owned assets. Their tasks can be summarized as one supervision and two evaluations, along with two recommendations. Specifically, they focus on financial supervision to evaluate the financial and operational management status of inspected enterprises, as well as the performance of their key management personnel. Additionally, they recommend rewards or punishments and appointments for key management personnel, and propose suggestions to the State Council on major issues discovered during inspections. Since this is a diary, it primarily records events, but without discussing matters—better not to record events at all. Therefore, some discussions of matters have been added. To discuss matters inevitably touches on the past and present, current affairs and politics, collective decisions of organizations, etc. The views and arguments may not be entirely accurate, and given my limited knowledge, I sincerely hope for constructive criticism. Over eight months, I made time to pick up the pen and write daily, so there may be issues with the writing style, wording, language, and structure. What gives me some comfort is that the "Diary" is after all a record of my personal experiences, observations, thoughts, and reflections. I dedicate it to the readers, believing they will understand.
