Prostate fluid test results normal result is

Patient's question:

My chronic prostatitis has been going on for nearly a year. Here is a summary of my previous treatment and its effectiveness: Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Western medicine, and intravenous drip therapy.
What kind of assistance would you like?
I have a question: The results of my two prostate fluid tests were different. In late March of this year, I had a prostate fluid test at a urology hospital, where the white blood cell count was 15-18, and the lecithin corpuscles were 2+. However, the other day, on May 2nd, I had another prostate fluid test at a different urology hospital, and the results showed 3+ lecithin corpuscles and 2-5 white blood cells.
Could you please explain why the results fluctuate? I’m unsure which hospital’s results are accurate.
I can clearly feel that my symptoms are still present, such as scrotal dampness, testicular pain, and aching inner thighs. It seems my libido has also decreased. Could you please advise?

Doctor's answer:

Currently, the best, most effective, and most ideal method for treating diabetes and its complications worldwide is the use of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for diabetes and its complications, while also combining Western medicine or insulin to temporarily suppress blood sugar spikes. If the patient's diabetes is relatively mild, they can take TCM alone to completely restore the function of internal organs, stabilize their constitution, enhance their immune system, and restore pancreatic cell function, thereby inhibiting and treating complications. Once the internal organs' functions are fully restored, blood sugar levels will naturally decrease. At this point, under the guidance of a doctor, the dosage of Western medicine or insulin can be gradually reduced until it is completely stopped, while TCM is used solely to consolidate the therapeutic effects. The ultimate goal is to eventually discontinue the use of TCM as well.
