The Communist Party of China is the outstanding representative and inheritor of the Chinese nation. Over the past eighty-plus years, it has gradually nurtured and formed a series of revolutionary spirits while leading the Chinese people in the struggle for liberation: the Jinggangshan Spirit, the Long March Spirit, the Yan'an Spirit, and the Xibaipo Spirit. It is precisely under the support of ideals and beliefs, and driven by this spiritual motivation, that the Party members have remained unyielding and pressed forward bravely.
In accordance with the instruction of the Publicity Department of the Central Committee to publish books on "Red Classics" for the purpose of promoting revolutionary traditions and spirit among the masses, especially among the broad youth, People's Publishing House has, since July of this year, successively cooperated with institutions such as the Yan'an Memorial Hall, the Nanchang August 1st Uprising Memorial Hall, the Jinggangshan Museum, and the Chinese People's Revolutionary Military Museum to compile and publish a series of "Red Classics" books that promote the main melody, inherit revolutionary traditions, and carry forward revolutionary spirits. These books have achieved positive social effects.
The "Red Classics" series of books are richly illustrated and feature a strong sense of history and reality, making them excellent resources for education on revolutionary spirit and traditions.
