Features: The author, Mr. Wang Haidong, has always had a strong interest in national culture since his childhood. This is mainly because he was born in Linzou, Gansu, a mysterious land with thousands of years of cultural heritage that he deeply cherishes. It was this opportunity that led him to engage in the study of the Majiayao culture for nearly two decades, and ultimately, through his perseverance, he became a major collector of Majiayao painted pottery and a scholar of Majiayao culture with rich research experience and achievements. Over the years, many important archaeological findings have not been thoroughly studied and utilized in a timely manner at the level of human cultural heritage, such as the Majiayao culture phenomenon. After archaeologists remove artifacts from the soil, the cultural heritage department naturally enters its preservation role. As a result, the study of many artifacts is severely constrained by objective conditions, and many important artifacts have yet to fully realize their potential beyond their cultural heritage attributes. Additionally, the lag in many management practices and policies has limited the close and effective connection between government archaeological efforts and cultural heritage research institutions to varying degrees. Fundamentally, the issue of how to utilize the abundant remains of national culture to recognize and promote the healthy development of contemporary national cultural undertakings is still in its infancy.
