Features: Quickly master information. Industry professionals believe that to provide the best learning and development opportunities, enabling people to become excellent lifelong learners and future workers, it is essential to cultivate information literacy—i.e., the ability to skillfully use computers to obtain, transmit, and process information. Therefore, cultivating students' information literacy has become the primary task of education, and teaching must take "information literacy" as a new starting point. Today, with the rapid development of the information age, this capability is becoming increasingly important and urgent. This is sufficient to demonstrate that the focus of learning and education must shift consistently, and school education and all organizations related to learning will inevitably undergo corresponding changes.
Three hundred years ago, land was a form of wealth, so whoever owned land owned wealth. Later, America's leading factories and industrial products elevated it to the world's number-one superpower, and industrialists possessed the wealth. Today, information is wealth. The problem is that information spreads rapidly around the world at the speed of light. The new form of wealth no longer has the clear boundaries of land and factories. Changes will become faster and more significant, and the number of millionaires will increase dramatically. Similarly, many people will be left far behind. Smart wealthy individuals will reward competent professionals such as lawyers, accountants, real estate brokers, and stock brokers generously, as they are their "eyes and ears" in the market. They provide important information, enabling the wealthy to make big profits. The key to success is being able to know something others don't yet know. Then, doing something others cannot do—this is how success is achieved. In other words, you must be one step ahead of others.
In today's fast-changing world, you don't need to learn too much. Because by the time you learn something, it may already be outdated. The issue lies in how quickly you learn. In other words, you must possess the ability to learn quickly, a skill that is invaluable. Or, mastering the latest information is the most important key to learning. If you start learning something that others have known long ago, or methods that others have been using for a decade, and you only begin to learn them now, it will be too late, too slow. Because competition in the 21st century is fierce, and one of the most important conditions for competition is speed—you need to perform better than others in a shorter time. No matter how far away or expensive it is, as long as it is the latest and best information, if you can know it first, you will surpass all competitors.
Whatever industry you are in, whatever your peers are doing, you must know it, and you must know more than them. When they don't understand certain information, but you do, you will have the confidence and ability to stand unshakably in the market. You must absorb all the latest, best, and fastest information and data in your industry. If you want to become a world-class success, then you must know everything in the world. Like the world's richest man, Bill Gates, he always takes time to withdraw, staying in his study without attending any meetings,
