Boat on Land - A Travel Diary of a Photographer

Features: This is a travel diary of a photographer, covering both domestic and international destinations. It contains many photographs taken by the author in person. Through these words and photos, we can fully appreciate the local customs, cultures, and beautiful landscapes of the places the author has visited. One winter, while waiting for my flight back home at the beautiful hotel Le Meridien Wien A+T in Vienna, I came across a small brochure from the hotel with the following line: "Life is like a book. If you never step out of your house, you will always stay on the same page." I have captured the smiles of children from different ethnicities in countless corners of the world. These children, wherever they are, seem to be different faces of the same angel. I love seeing these smiles of angels. To me, they are the basic components of a good life, a good antidote to the frustrating other half of life. Life is like a journey, and the most interesting part often lies in the detour. A detour is a handwritten annotation added to the printed, conventional text of life, which reveals the quality and charm of the journey.
