Features: Calculus is a fundamental course for all majors at our university. As one of the projects under our university's "Project 211" initiative, the guiding principles we followed in compiling the "Calculus" textbook are as follows:
1. Adhere to the correct political direction and the principle of linking theory with practice, striving to reflect the needs of basic teaching knowledge at our university and showcasing its distinctive features;
2. Summarize the experience accumulated over the years in calculus teaching at our university, learn from the textbook writing practices of other institutions, and cater to the needs of students who aim to pursue postgraduate studies after graduation;
3. Maintain the completeness and rigor of calculus theory, train students' logical thinking skills, computational abilities, and preliminary skills in applying mathematical methods to handle economic and trade issues;
4. The textbook includes a large number of examples and exercises, accompanied by reference answers. The difficulty level of most of them is tailored to the general needs of our university, while also considering the requirements of postgraduate entrance exams or the needs of a few students who wish to delve deeper into the subject.
