Features: This book presents seven main points that are worth readers' attention.
1. The book systematically summarizes the methodology of refined management.
2. From the perspective of linking between various work units, it proposes the structural efficiency of the entire enterprise and its calculation formula. It points out that poor coordination between links has an amplifying effect on the decline in structural efficiency.
3. From the perspective of Chinese agricultural culture, it studies the historical roots of discounted execution and the lack of cooperation between individuals and organizations. It points out that Europeans in the Middle Ages lived in collective life, with Christianity, manor systems, guilds, and village political organizations training their ability to cooperate. In contrast, Chinese people have lacked collective life training for thousands of years, resulting in a lack of cooperative genes.
4. It analyzes and proposes the half-life law of execution.
5. It directly points out: Ineffective execution, the responsibility lies with superiors; execution that falls short is due to poor management; discounted execution is ultimately a result of weak control.
6. It proposes actionable ideas to promote execution and three key links.
7. It separates managers, management functions, and execution functions, making the mechanism of execution clear and understandable.
