Features: To regulate the work of applying for master's degrees based on equivalent academic qualifications and ensure the quality of degree conferment, the 16th meeting of the State Council Academic Degrees Committee decided to add the National Unified Examination on Comprehensive Academic Level for Equivalent Academic Qualifications. Since September 1, 1999, individuals applying for master's degrees based on equivalent academic qualifications must obtain the "Certificate of Qualification for the National Unified Examination on Comprehensive Academic Level" in the relevant discipline, which serves as a necessary prerequisite for obtaining the master's degree. The purpose of the Comprehensive Academic Level Examination is to strengthen the macro-control and standardized management of granting master's degrees to individuals with equivalent academic qualifications, and it is an important part of the national organization's evaluation of the professional knowledge structure and level of applicants for master's degrees. In 1998, we organized experts to write and publish the "Outline and Guide for the National Unified Examination on Comprehensive Academic Level for Equivalent Academic Qualifications in Philosophy." Over the past five years, based on suggestions from a large number of candidates and relevant experts, we have revised this book carefully on the basis of summarizing the experience of the unified examination. This book is provided for reference by universities and colleges for teaching and tutoring purposes, and can also serve as a reference material for candidates' review and preparation.
