Features: In terms of economic theory, the issue of ownership is the foundation for studying all economic issues, and the reform of ownership is the foundational and core-level reform within the economic system reform. In terms of legal theory (especially economic law and civil/commercial law), the legal system of property rights holds a foundational and core position within the economic and civil/commercial legal systems. The theory of corporate ownership has been proposed by some scholars in China's legal theory circles for a long time but has not received the attention it deserves. It is essential, theoretically, to study the economic foundation, legal foundation, and institutional foundation of corporate ownership; to examine its relationship with ownership, particularly with public ownership; and to explore its connection with operational rights and state ownership, in order to eliminate prevailing conceptual barriers. This is one of the key research focuses of this book. How should the corporate ownership system be established? What are the pathways for its establishment? How should the system operate after its establishment, and how can corporate ownership be integrated with corporate governance structures? These are also among the important research contents of this book.
