Features: The first volume of "Guidance and Reference for Economic Trial" was published in December 1999, marking its inaugural issue and also the 20th anniversary of the establishment of economic trial in the People's Republic of China. In terms of content and form, "Guidance and Reference for Economic Trial" aims to be the official publication of the Supreme People's Court Economic Trial Tribunal. On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of economic trial in China, the launch of this journal brings us great joy. At the same time, we should pay attention to the feedback from all relevant parties regarding "Guidance and Reference for Economic Trial." From the feedback we have received so far, it has been mostly positive. On one hand, this may be attributed to the journal's editorial style of combining compilation and interpretation, with emphasis on interpretation, ensuring the use of primary materials to accurately and comprehensively reflect the guidance and spirit of the Supreme People's Court in economic trial. On the other hand, it should be credited to the outstanding work of Legal Press and the editorial team responsible for this book. Of course, there are still many areas for improvement in this book, and we will gradually address them in future editorial work. We hope for continued support from all relevant parties.
