Features: The 31st Decree of the President of the People's Republic of China, "The Law of the People's Republic of China on Entry and Exit Management of Foreigners," was passed by the 13th Session of the Standing Committee of the Sixth National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China on November 22, 1985, and is hereby promulgated and implemented starting from February 1, 1986. In accordance with the provisions of the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Entry and Exit Management of Foreigners" and Article 33 of the "Law on Entry Management of Foreigners," the present detailed rules were formulated by President Li Xiannian of the People's Republic of China on November 22, 1985.
