Features: Law is a highly applied discipline, and one of the important purposes of legal education is to cultivate students' ability to use basic legal concepts and principles to solve legal problems. To this end, we have written the book "Economic Law Case Solutions" based on the content and examination requirements of the National Higher Education Self-Study Examination Syllabus and Textbooks for Legal Majors. It aims to help learners further understand and grasp the provisions of the law itself through case analysis, thereby improving their ability to solve practical problems. The cases selected in this book, except for the general principles of economic law, cover the main knowledge points of each chapter and section of the economic law self-study textbook. Additionally, some difficult cases have been specially selected to help learners make breakthroughs in understanding key issues. To achieve the goal of learning law through cases, each case includes four parts: case introduction, legal issues, reference answers, and legal analysis. In the writing process, we strive to ensure that the case introductions are clear and logical, the issues raised are specific and targeted to legal provisions, the reference answers are concise and accurate, and the legal analysis is thorough and comprehensive.
