Features: This General Principles of Civil Law is also a summary of my five years of civil law teaching. In fact, for the past five years, I have used it as a teaching plan while lecturing at China University of Political Science and Law. Every year, based on teaching feedback and academic progress, I have always strived to make revisions. To explain the principles and explore and discuss the current system of General Principles of Civil Law in China, I have used traditional frameworks as reference coordinates. I have also (summarized and qualitatively analyzed) the main theories or reasons that form the foundation of the current civil legislative system in China, and I have organized and clarified important issues encountered in current civil practice. The quality of my work in this regard is not just to explain and compare different legal systems, but more importantly, to seek rationality and, as much as possible, propose my own academic suggestions in my reflections, hoping to resonate with the academic community. This book also particularly tries to address the insufficient depth of certain aspects in domestic teaching materials. For example, in Chapter 3 "Legal Subjects" and Chapter 4 "Legal Acts," I have used extensive (lengthy sections) to present their academic background and (substance) more fully.
