This book includes judicial interpretations and standard texts, as well as background materials for drafting and explaining the judicial interpretation. It also contains the "Marriage Law," the "Civil Procedure Law," and some relevant regulations on marriage registration issued by the Civil Affairs Department, as well as previous judicial interpretations on handling marriage and family dispute cases issued by the Supreme People's Court. It should be noted that among the selected previous judicial interpretations, if new regulations are issued in the future, they should be followed by the new regulations.
