Features: To concentrate on reflecting the research achievements of postdoctoral researchers at the Institute of Law, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, showcasing the academic demeanor and capabilities of postdoctoral researchers, and optimizing academic resources, we have decided to compile and publish "Postdoctoral Essays of the Institute of Law, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences," and establish the Editorial Committee of "Postdoctoral Essays of the Institute of Law, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences." As a series of books, this essays series plans to start from 2003, selecting research reports from postdoctoral researchers who have completed their studies and meet the publication quality requirements of the essays series, to compile and publish one or more volumes. The editorial standards of this essays series follow the "Writing Rules for Postdoctoral Research Reports" jointly issued by the Beijing Library Degree Academic Papers Collection Center and the Office of the National Postdoctoral Management Committee in September 1994. This rule is the national standard for writing postdoctoral research reports in China. The postdoctoral research reports published in this essays series are recompiled versions, approximately 50,000 words in length, reflecting the essence of the original research reports, including their general outline, theoretical assumptions, thematic ideas, innovations, and theoretical contributions. Therefore, it is not merely a condensation of the original research reports but rather a re-created achievement based on them. The Postdoctoral Essays series is a memorable historical record of the academic journey of each postdoctoral researcher during their postdoctoral studies at the Institute of Law, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, a display of their academic level and capabilities, and also a showcase of the overall academic strength of postdoctoral researchers at the Institute of Law, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.
