Features: This collection of regulations includes: the provisions on the information industry issued by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress from March 1998 to May 2001, administrative regulations and regulatory documents on the information industry issued by the State Council, as well as other important documents; rules and regulatory documents issued by the Ministry of Information Industry or jointly issued by the Ministry of Information Industry and other relevant departments. Additionally, selected provisions from other laws, administrative regulations, and judicial interpretations by the Supreme People's Court are appended. This collection is organized by the issuing authorities of the laws, regulations, and rules, and is arranged as follows: provisions of the National People's Congress and its Standing Committee, administrative regulations and regulatory documents of the State Council, rules and regulatory documents of the Ministry of Information Industry, and provisions from other laws, administrative regulations, and judicial interpretations. All regulations in each category and section are arranged in chronological order of their issuance or publication. It should be noted that, to maintain the continuity of the rules issued by the Ministry of Information Industry, some rules replaced by later-issued rules are also included in this collection.
