Contract Signing Techniques and Anti-Fraud (Revised Edition)

Author: Li Jianping
Publisher:
Publishing Date: 2001-06-01
Features: With the increasing frequency of economic exchanges, the application of contracts has become more widespread and common. At the same time, cases of fraud using contracts as a legal form have also emerged in large numbers. Preventing contract fraud is not only a matter that must be paid attention to and remain vigilant about when signing contracts, but also an important task for economic management departments to uphold the national contract management system and maintain the order of the market economy. Based on these considerations, in April 2000, we organized a collective writing effort by experts and scholars from China University of Political Science and Law, Renmin University of China (Civil and Commercial Law), and colleagues from practical departments such as the Administration for Industry and Commerce, using practical experience as the foundation and the Contract Law, relevant laws and regulations, and related legal principles as the basis. We compiled the book "Contract Signing Skills and Anti-Fraud." Now, to meet the needs of a broad readership, we have revised and integrated the original 2000 edition.
