Features: The content of this book is divided into three parts: Part I - Preface, which provides an overview of the academic thoughts of Professors Gao Mingxuan and Wang Zuofu. It includes four aspects: First, a brief summary of the personal academic backgrounds, experiences, and especially the joint teaching and research activities of the two professors over 45 years of collaboration; Second, a concise introduction to their criminal law academic viewpoints based on our study and research of their major works; Third, a comprehensive list of their extensive publications; and Fourth, a list of doctoral and master's students they have supervised. The remaining two parts constitute the main body of the book, divided into two sections. Section I includes 27 doctoral and postdoctoral theses. It comprises the doctoral dissertations of 23 graduates from the Criminal Law Department of the Law School, Renmin University of China since 1984, the theses of 2 postdoctoral researchers from the Criminal Law specialty of the Renmin University of China Law Postdoctoral Program, as well as the theses of doctoral students and master's students from the Criminal Law Department of the Law School, Renmin University of China, who were admitted and trained as doctoral or master's students and later sent abroad, eventually obtaining doctoral degrees in law from Germany and France. Section II includes 96 master's and doctoral theses, including the theses of 87 master's graduates from the Criminal Law Department of the Law School, Renmin University of China since 1979, as well as the theses of 9 doctoral students currently enrolled in the department who hold master's degrees from non-law-related disciplines. The two sections together total 123 theses, organized according to their content. Each thesis in the book is preceded by a brief author bio, and the appendix also includes a comprehensive overview of the doctoral and master's graduates from the Criminal Law Department of the Law School, Renmin University of China over the past 20 years, as well as the current doctoral and master's students, to facilitate readers' understanding and exchange with the criminal law academic community.
