1. Due to the large number of laws with various sources in our country and the frequent amendments, revisions, and abolitions, as well as the increasing diversity of case types, we have compiled and edited this series of books to facilitate judicial personnel, administrative law enforcement personnel, lawyers, and other citizens in handling cases of a specific type.
2. The first batch of this series plans to introduce legal bases for approximately 50 civil, economic, administrative, and criminal cases, including labor disputes, traffic accidents, medical accidents, housing demolition, enterprise bankruptcy, marriage inheritance and custody, real estate development and operation, and the purchase of commodity housing.
3. In terms of format, the relevant and currently effective legal documents are organized based on the characteristics of handling different types of cases or the chapter order of the main laws in related fields. Some books include legal document formats or model texts at the end to ensure convenience and practicality.
4. In the future, we will continuously introduce new products based on practical needs and reader demands to better serve our readers. At the same time, we will also adjust the content of the series in a timely manner in line with legislative achievements and new characteristics of case types.
5. During the editing process of this series, we received support and assistance from colleagues at the Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuratorate, the General Office of the State Council Legal Affairs, and other central government agencies. We hereby express our gratitude.
